Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling different areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
